Patient presents with the following issues:
1. Sharp hip pain after a deadlift injury.
2. Sharp rib pain on both lower ribs radiating towards the front after the deadlift injury.
3. 9 years of both knee pain. Had right knee surgery few years ago. Left knee pain is probably compensation from right knee pain. Unable to squat or balance on one knee.
4. 2-3 years ago, sprained ankle after basketball accident.
5. 3 years ago, had deviated septum surgery but still has some difficulty breathing.
Thorough Structural Test reveals several abnormalities:
1. Right PI Ilium with the superior edema / swelling present on the superior PSIS, hyperlordotic lumbars and sacrum on the lateral xray, and a rotatory scoliosis with left spinal laterality that requires an ilium push correction rather than pull correction.
2. 2nd Lumbar Vertebra under considerable biomechanical torsion that it took Dr Suh 7 different ways to attempt to correct it with the final succeeding correction with the 8th attempt. Patient was advised to apply a cold pack to reduce the rib inflammation.
3. Unknown surgical procedure performed on the right knee and examination did not match xray findings. Therefore no correction done until Knee MRI images are provided to determine the structural integrity of the knee meniscus and ligaments. The left knee swelling / edema and misalignment was addressed.
4. Left sprained foot – identified with pes planus / flat feet and Superior Navicular bone misalignment.
5. Surgeons shaved considerable amount of the deviated septum which made correction difficult. Deviated septum and nasal bone were corrected.
