Patient with genetic Titin Myopathy came to us for several issues:
1. Foot
– Difficulty walking
– Left foot is turned in
– Trouble walking in sync, gets tired easily
– Trouble lifting the leg
– Issue with balance
– Difficulty using the stairs
2. Left shoulder and arm
– Left shoulder and arm getting weak,
– Pain in the shoulder getting extreme
