We cannot possibly diagnose or assess your condition over the phone or message. We need to conduct Specific Tests to determine exactly where the problem is, how severe the damage is, and determine the most precise way to correct it. The Specific Test fee is 250.
The Specific Test is very thorough, plan 60-90 mins for going over your paperwork, consultation where we review your history, all x-rays needed, Exam, Tests, Gonstead Spinal Biomechanical Analysis, and first visit chiropractic adjustments. Please arrive 30 mins before your appointment, late appointment will be rescheduled.
New Patient appointments require 100 deposit to hold the appointment. The deposit is refundable if we are notified 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. No show and late cancellation appointments will be charged the full 250 fee.
If you wish to drive, weekday meter street parking is available at 6:00PM otherwise parking garage. We recommend using ParkWiz to locate the best price garage deal near the clinic.
We don’t accept insurance, no fault, worker’s comp, or Medicare / Medicaid. If your plan has out of network benefits, we will provide you a superbill to file with your insurance company. Call NYC Office 212.486.9800 or LI Office 516.549.8800 for an appointment.
For X-Ray: Please remove all jewelry and body piercing before your appointment for the X-Ray. Your appointment will be rescheduled if the doctor is unable to see the image properly. Thank you.
NOTE: Long Island Office
New Patients for the Long Island Office require full spine xrays taken at the NYC Office. Follow up visits are done at the LI office. Thank you for your understanding.
