Had COVID a year ago, had lost of taste and smell which took months to recover but been having snoring, drooling, choking on saliva which did not resolved. COVID typically causes an occiput misalignment that puts pressure on the brain stem and may manifest Long COVID or Post COVID Syndrome where taste, smell, or heart issues persists. In severe cases, Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Children (MIS-C) or Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Adults (MIS-A) may manifest. Occiput subluxation was detected and corrected, patient recovered from Long COVID / Post COVID Syndrome where she doesn’t snore, drool, or choke on her saliva.
