Three years ago due to an accident, the patient fractured his left collar bone (clavicle). It was surgically repaired at the hospital yet he continues to experience left shoulder pain. It becomes painful while moving during sleep, while moving arms due to work, and also during walking while swinging the arms.
Thorough Structural Test and Gonstead Examination revealed several structural abnormalities. The right hip was significantly rotated which puts significant biomechanical tension to his left shoulder / AC joint. Due to long standing biomechanical compromise in his left shoulder, his AC joint, shoulder blade (scapula), and glenohumeral joint were corrected.
