Patient experienced vertigo and tinnitus 4 months ago. 1 month later experienced afterimage vision problem, also known as palinopsia. Similar to when we are exposed to a very bright light in a dark room, we still see that bright light for a short period of time. For those who have Palinopsia, the afterimage remains and the image floats as the person moves.
