Patient initially had burning feet 12 years ago that resolved that changed to tight legs for years. He had microdisectomy surgery to his low back that slightly helped his pain but it continued. This is known as Failed Back Surgery Syndrome or FBSS for short. The pain traveled upwards that was affecting his left shoulder.
