Ballet teacher who was a former professional ballet dancer, experienced foot pain in both feet, left shooting knee pain, and left hip pain due to 2 separate partner work accidents.

Right foot – jammed toe at the bunion, and metatarsal pain.

Left foot pain due to ballet foot injury where the foot went into hyper dorsiflexion of ankle.

Left Shooting Knee pain radiating from the low back, to the hip, then down to the side of the knee.
